Lamb, Beef and Pork are sold
by the cut, frozen at the butcher's, clearly labeled with cut and weight, and
vacuum packed in clear plastic.
We also sell Freezer
Lamb (whole), Freezer
Beef (whole, half, or quarter), and Freezer Pork (whole or half) by hanging weight
direct from the butcher.
Eggs are sold by the
dozen. Chickens are processed here
on the farm, packaged in a plastic bag, and can be picked up the next day,
chilled and ready for cooking or freezing. (Frozen chicken may also be
available.)
Vegetables are sold by weight;
selected winter salad and cooking greens; limited availability.
Pet Treats come in a
plastic zip bag; Chew Bones are smoked and are bagged in clear
plastic.
Sheepskins have natural
white short or long fleece, are tanned and machine washable. They have
many uses. Sheepskins are individually
priced. Wool comes in a plastic
sandwich-sized zip bag, great for crafts. Our wool is also available in
larger quantities for spinners.
Our products are generally available year round.
